You've all heard the saying, land of fruits and nuts. Well a city in California wasn't going to be out done when it came to stupidity. So what does the city council in Berkley do? Natural Gas was banned as a heating fuel. Now PG&E Corp.’s Pacific Gas and Electric Co backs this. Of course they would. Electricity is two to three times more expensive.
