Come October, the Supreme Court has decided to hear oral arguments on the President wishing to abolish DACA. Remember this was an executive order created by President Obama. So why can't one President rescind an order created by another?
This involves illegal children who were brought here by their parents who were also illegal. So how can a court deny President Trump the ability to rescind this previous executive order? What say you?
