Can this be a double edged sword? In some circles Liberals and Progressives are crying. They actually thought that they would circumvent the Constitution. And most Conservatives like this ruling. I'm not one who does. First this only covers six states. Second it actually creates a loophole for fraud and deception. Let me explain.
Say a state like Wyoming votes for President Trump. But the electoral college there are never Trumpers. So they vote for the Democrat instead. Means nothing if the margin is large for Trump, but it can make the difference in say a close race.
What stops Democrats who switch to Republican, to get on the electoral college? They then vote against Trump in say a state he won like say Wisconsin. The Supreme Court may have to get involved. What say you?
