How can someone so educated be so stupid? Easy to explain. She lives in a glass house. She throws stones at something she refuses to accept. She won't look at why a neighborhood becomes deteriorated. It has nothing to do with color or race. It's how you live in that neighborhood.
Obama over the years has moved as her wealth has increased. Guess what? So have whites, blacks, and other minorities. Now if you have a neighborhood that has abandoned houses, crime and blight, why blame a person for leaving? This from Michelle.
"But unbeknownst to us, we grew up in the period -- as I write -- called 'white flight.' That as families like ours, upstanding families like ours ... As we moved in, white folks moved out because they were afraid of what our families represented," Obama said.
"And I always stop there when I talk about this out in the world because, you know, I want to remind white folks that y'all were running from us -- this family with all the values that you've read about. You were running from us. And you're still running, because we're no different than the immigrant families that are moving in ... the families that are coming from other places to try to do better."
No Michelle. Come to a neighborhood and don't destroy it, and people will stay. Is there some white flight? Yes. Is there black, and brown flight? Just look at the boarded up houses in the inner cities and tell me what color left.
